Law Enforcement
A medical physical must be completed and submitted before the first day of class.
Police Academy training is conducted through an array of training exercises, crime scenarios, self-defense, and fitness training. Students will learn conflict mediation and resolution, investigation techniques, and be trained in the use of advanced security related training equipment, including vehicles.
Prerequisites at time of sophomore review:
Minimum of 7 total credits; of these 5 must be core credits (1 must be English, 1 must be science), on track to graduate
Also recommended: "C" or higher in all English courses
