The E.D.G.E. Program (Explore, Develop, Grow, Excel) is a two-tiered leadership development curriculum designed for high school students. Built on the four pillars of trust, compassion, stability, and hope, EDGE aims to transform student potential into purpose. Students will engage in hands-on learning, hear from impactful guest speakers, and gain insight from industry professionals on topics such as accountability, leadership qualities, building professional trust, and inspiring hope in others.
Student Requirements:
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA in their CTE class
• 90% attendance
• No discipline records
• Active involvement in SkillsUSA
